I know, scary right? These are reef sharks and apparently no one has ever been killed by one but my heart was still pounding in my chest.
We also saw a ton of stingrays all around the islands on our honeymoon but its not recommended to swim up to them unless supervised.

I was in such awe every single night in Tahiti. The sky was the most incredible view I’ve ever seen… (up there next to some of the clearest water on earth of course). We stayed at the Intercontinental in Tahiti where we had the perfect view of Moorea just across the water.
Move over, Maldives!
